Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased from BibinJohn.com are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the nature of textile products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Colour variation due to screen/display settings

• Fabric texture or feel expectations

• Size, quantity, or design selection errors made during ordering

We encourage customers to carefully review product details, specifications, images, and descriptions before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective product

• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photographs and order details, bar code details and bill details. Our team will review the issue and, if found valid, will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Claims made after the specified period may not be eligible for review.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

• A replacement cannot be arranged.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification and approval.

Refund amounts will not exceed the original product value paid by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered.

Fabric Dyeing & Customized Products

Products involving fabric dyeing, colour customization, special orders, made-to-order items, or customized textile services are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
