4. Fabric Dyeing Policy

BibinJohn.com specializes in fabric dyeing and colour customization services.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • We strive to achieve up to 90% colour matching accuracy based on the colour reference provided.

  • Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

  • Colour appearance may vary between screen displays and actual fabric.

  • Different fabric compositions may absorb dyes differently, resulting in slight shade variations.

  • Dyed fabrics may experience a shrinkage of approximately 5%–10%.

  • We recommend providing an additional 25 cm of fabric when placing fabrics for dyeing.

  • Dyed and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For dyeing-related queries, customers are encouraged to contact our support team before placing an order.

 

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful receipt of full payment.

  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added during checkout where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

 

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
