At BibinJohn.com, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Locations

Within India

We deliver across India through registered courier partners and logistics providers. Delivery is available only to locations serviced by our shipping partners.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries serviced by our courier partners. International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and receipt of full payment.

  • Customized, dyed, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Estimated dispatch timelines, if applicable, will be communicated on the respective product page or during order confirmation.

  • Orders will be dispatched only after full payment has been successfully received.

  • For international orders, dispatch will be initiated only after payment of both product and shipping charges.


Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Delivery is generally completed within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service availability.

International Orders

  • Delivery timelines may vary between 7–21 business days after dispatch depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier partner operations.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Within Kerala: ₹100 per kg (base shipping charge)

  • Outside Kerala (within India): ₹200 per kg (base shipping charge)

GST and other applicable taxes will be charged on shipping fees as per government regulations.

International shipping charges will be calculated separately based on destination, package weight, and courier rates.


Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure safe transit. Fabrics, sarees, salwar materials, and other textile products are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor shipment status.


Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural calamities

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs clearance procedures (for international shipments)

  • Remote delivery locations

BibinJohn.com shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, customs departments, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information while placing orders. BibinJohn.com will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.


Shipping Charges & Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

In the event of order cancellation, refund eligibility (if any) will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


Damaged Shipments

If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:

  • Refuse delivery if possible, or

  • Record an unboxing video and take photographs immediately upon receipt.

Any shipping-related damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs and videos.
